Tonight the band travelled across the city to play for the City of Belfast Fifes and Drums in the cricket club on the Shore road.
This was a low key affair and it gave us a chance to blood some new members, we werent let down as a large number of drummers and fluters turned out. 6 drummers and 19 fluters in total was a decent turnout for any indoor.
A good crowd inside the club and thanks to everyone in it for the big welcome we recieved. It was a chance to blow away the cobwebs and we played as well as expected.
Big thanks to the City of Belfast Fifes and Drums for inviting us and the presentation of a mirror was a real nice suprise, it will have pride and place in our band hall. We would also like to wish City of Belfast Fifes and Drums all the best for the season and seasons ahead.
